When our world flipped upside down three months ago, leaders everywhere scrambled to find the rights tools to support teams working from home. During the last 3 months of our shelter in place order, we have learned a lot about what is needed to support collaboration and communication. In this session, participants will get new ideas to hold team meetings, support work updates and develop weekly rituals for staff check ins, cross pollination and community building.
